Sleeping Arrangements *	We can accommodate couples or friends in double tambos. Please do not select double if you do not have a pre-arranged tambo partner. The price of the workshop includes a private tambo and no discount is given for sharing a tambo.

$300 non-refundable deposit *	I understand that my credit card will be charged $300 in order to submit my application. If the Temple is unable to approve my booking for any reason, the $300 will be refunded back to my card. If my application is approved after review, the $300 is applied towards the retreat fee and becomes non-refundable.
Payment Terms - payment after approval *	I understand that if my application is approved after review (usually within 1 - 5 days after submitting), I will have 24 hours to pay the remainder of the 50% retreat deposit via a payment link provided. Failure to pay in that time will result in my registration being cancelled and forfeiting my $300 deposit.
Payment Terms - final payment *	I understand that any remaining balance must be paid in full by at least 6 weeks prior to the start of the retreat in order to guarantee my booking.
Guest Cancellation Terms 2025/2026 *	I understand that if I cancel my registration MORE THAN 8 WEEKS prior to the start of the retreat, I may transfer my full payment to another available retreat or a personal credit to be used within 1 year, or I may receive a refund less $300 admin fee. I understand that if I cancel my registration WITHIN 8 WEEKS of the start of the retreat, I may only transfer my full payment to another available retreat or personal credit to be used within 1 year or receive a refund less $300 admin fee, IF THE TEMPLE CAN FILL MY SPACE IN THE RETREAT I AM CANCELLING FROM.
Retreat Cancellation Terms *	I understand that in the unlikely event that the Temple of the Way of Light is forced to cancel any programs for any reason due to circumstances beyond their control (the only time this has happened in 19 years of operation was in 2020 due to the pandemic and border closures in Peru), all registration payments will be transferred to personal credit to be used for a future program at a later date within 2 years of whenever the Temple would be able to reopen. Refunds may not be possible in this circumstance.
Booking Agreement *	I agree NOT to book flights or make travel plans until my application has been approved. I understand that my registration is not confirmed until my application has been reviewed and approved by the Temple AND my 50% deposit has been paid.
Travel Insurance Recommended *	I understand that the Temple strongly recommends flight and travel insurance to cover all contingencies and nonrefundable deposits and expenses.
