Sleeping Arrangements *	We can accommodate couples or friends in double tambos (jungle cabins). Please do not select double if you do not have a pre-arranged tambo partner. The price of the retreat includes a private tambo for each individual unless otherwise requested, no discount is given for sharing a tambo.

$1 Deposit Upon Application *	I understand that my credit card will be charged $1 upon sending the application and that if my application is not selected, the $1 will be refunded to my card. If my application is approved, my card will be automatically charged for the 50% deposit.
Payment Terms - Deposit *	I understand that if I am approved to attend the program, I will have 24 hours to pay the minimum 50% deposit to confirm my booking (or full payment if the program starts within 6 weeks), a payment link will be provided at the time of approval. I understand that my payments are non-refundable.
$1 Deposit Upon Registration - 2023 *	I understand that my credit card will be charged $1 upon sending the registration form. If my registration is approved (usually within 1-5 days from now), my card will be AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED for the remainder of the 50% deposit ($1850) or full payment ($3700) if the retreat starts in 6 weeks or less. If my registration is not approved for any reason, the $1 will be refunded to my card.
$1 Deposit Upon Registration - 2024 Integration Extension *	I understand that my credit card will be charged $1 upon sending the registration form. If my registration is approved (usually within 1-5 days from now), my card will be AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED for the remainder of the 50% deposit ($2550) or full payment ($5100) if the retreat starts in 6 weeks or less. If my registration is not approved for any reason, the $1 will be refunded to my card.
Payment Terms *	I understand that my balance must be paid in full by at least 6 weeks prior to the start of the program to guarantee my space and the Temple will charge my credit card automatically for the outstanding balance 6 weeks prior to the start of the program if it is not paid before then.
Guest Cancellation Terms 2024 *	I understand that if I cancel my registration MORE THAN 8 WEEKS prior to the start of the retreat, I may transfer my full payment to another available retreat or a personal credit to be used within 2 years, or I may receive a refund less $250 admin/cancellation fee. I understand that if I cancel my registration WITHIN 8 WEEKS of the start of the retreat, I may only transfer my full payment to another available retreat or personal credit to be used within 2 years or receive a refund less $250 admin/cancellation fee, IF THE TEMPLE CAN FILL MY SPACE IN THE RETREAT I AM CANCELLING FROM.
Retreat Cancellation Terms *	I understand that in the unlikely event that the Temple of the Way of Light is forced to cancel any programs for any reason due to circumstances beyond their control (the only time this has happened in 19 years of operation was in 2020 due to the pandemic and border closures in Peru), all registration payments will be transferred to personal credit to be used for a future program at a later date within 2 years of whenever the Temple would be able to reopen. Refunds may not be possible in this circumstance.
Booking Agreement *	I agree NOT to book flights or make travel plans until my application has been approved. I understand that my registration is not confirmed until my application has been reviewed and approved by the Temple AND my 50% deposit has been paid.
Travel Insurance Recommended *	I understand that the Temple strongly recommends flight and travel insurance to cover all contingencies and nonrefundable deposits and expenses.

All capitalized terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as assigned to them in Retreat Guru's Terms of Service.
